The Problem That Started It All

Last week I missed a client follow-up. The decision was made in a Teams call, the details were in an email, and the deadline was in a WhatsApp message. After more than three decades in this industry, I still can't keep track of it all.

That's the problem DriftBox is solving — conversations happen everywhere, but the important stuff (decisions, commitments, follow-ups) gets lost in the noise.
